If you believe in what the Mālama Learning Center strives to achieve, and want to help with a monetary donation, we welcome your contribution. The Mālama Learning Center is a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status. All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Or you may send a check to:
Mālama Learning Center PO Box 1662 Honolulu, HI 96806-1662
In-kind, non-monetary donations of products and services are also very much in need, such as:
Healthy plants (vegetables, fruits, native plants) to be sold at our farmers' and green market
Professional services (e.g., grant-writing, graphic design)
"Green" products (e.g., construction materials and equipment)
Gift certificates (for community events)
Travel and lodging accommodations (for visiting consultants and practitioners)
A reliable pick-up truck
wood chipper/shredder (minimum 3 inches) for our nursery
These are just some of the things that will be very useful. Please contact us if you have something to offer.
Malama Learning Center is a Community Support Agency of the Aloha United Way!
Our AUW Designation Number is 74910.
Another way you can help is to recycle your electronic waste and raise money for us at the same time. Click on the banner below to find out how. It's super easy!
You can help us raise $10,000 for our educational programs by participating in the "One Million Pennies for MLC" campaign! This is an idea initiated by our interns and we think it's terrific! Empty your pockets, raid your penny jar, scour the couch, and bring your pennies (or other change) to the Mālama Learning Center.
