2010 school projects

In 2010, we worked with four high schools (Kapolei, Wai‘anae, Waipahu, and a homeschool cooperative) that developed projects ranging from planting native plants at a cultural site, cooking using earth ovens, managing food waste through vermicomposting, and natural food preservation methods. Mahalo to the Ka Papa O Kakuhihewa Fund of the Hawai‘i Community Foundation and the Kohlberg Foundation for supporting this project.
