We were given a wonderful opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of planting trees to a local and global audience through the Love Peace Harmony Foundation and Master Sha. On March 16 and 17, 2019, for the very first time in Hawaiʻi and the United States, Master Sha’s full-size calligraphy pieces were displayed at the Tao Calligraphy Exhibition and Demonstration at the Four Seasons Resort, Oʻahu at Ko Olina. Master Sha, a national calligraphy grand master of China, fully explained and demonstrated the Tao Calligraphy art. We were present to share briefly about what we are doing with our Ola Nā Kini program and how it connects with the Plant a Million initiative. To further support our work with Ola Nā Kini, Master Sha generously donated all registration fees from the events over two days. See the photo below for the amazing amount donated.
