We seek individuals who can assist in any and all programs including: education outreach, fundraising, curriculum development, graphic art design, digital/video content creation, and vehicle/facilities maintenance.

If you prefer a more relaxed setting, consider volunteering at our nurseries at Pālehua and Kapolei High School to assist with various tasks like watering, uppotting, and weeding or cleaning pots. Nursery work is critically important and is a lot of fun!

Mondays - Thursdays & Saturday Mornings

Join us for monthly community work days that span mauka to makai rotating among three areas: Pālehua dryland forest, Nānākuli wetland (aka Zablan’s) and Awāwalei food forest (Hawaiʻi Agriculture Research Center).

For those who enjoy breaking a little sweat, we offer opportunities at our restoration sites, including tasks like preparing new sites, planting, and caring for the plants by weeding and watering throughout the year.
