UH School of Architecture Dean Raymond Yeh, FAIA, was previously the Dean of the College of Environmental Design and the College of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma, Director of the College's Design Research Center, and Head of the Department of Architecture at California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.

Ray Yeh has practiced with firms including his own in several states. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is a former Chair of the American Institute of Architects, Architects in Education Committee and an AIA Chapter President.

His specialty is in urban design and campus planning.

Professional honors received by Ray Yeh include: Fellowship in Design of the National Endowment for the Arts, and Design Awards of the Guild of Religious Architecture and American Institute of Architects. He was elected to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects in 1988.
